Shipping costs
Mec&Gregory's offers free shipping worldwide.
As required by the laws that govern trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euro. For saled items the bill indicates the balance of the amounts saled.

Date of Shipment
Orders are shipped from Mecgregorys.com Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Orders placed during weekends will be processed from the next Monday.
Shipping times after the order may vary depending on the type of product purchased and the availability of this article.
Normally orders are shipped within 7 working days after Mecgregory's confirmation of the availability of the product (excluding items in Pre-Order). In any case of delays in shipment Mecgregorys.com will promptly notify it to the customer. Mecgregorys.com is not resposible with the customer for delays attributable to the courrier or for reasons beyond its control.
At the time the order is shipped, Mecgregorys.com will send to the customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by the courier. Customers can track the status of the orderin the website indicated in the e-mail just entering the number of his expedition in the "Your Order". The web page displayed will show the exact movements and date of your shipment.

Delivery of the order
Once the order has been delivered, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before making a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packaged from Mecgregorys.com. If for any reason, the package appears damaged or if the tape is not intact, the Clients are asked to sign the receipt with reserve or to refuse delivery. In the event that the shipment is accepted with a signature not authorized or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to Mecgregorys.com to the customer service. If for any reason the shipment can not be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender at the expense of the Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer by Mecgregorys.com.

Commercial relationship
All customers who make an order establishing a commercial relationship with Mecgregorys.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of your parcel. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requires the return to sender, any shipping charges, charged to Mecgregorys.com, will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Shipping insurance
Shipments are insured by Mecgregorys.com against theft or accidental damage. Once the shipment arrives at destination insurance loses its validity.
